Click a field to select it. Hold Ctrl while clicking to select additional fields. The first selected field has the thicker outline and acts as the reference for alignment, Same width and Same height. Left, Centre and Right align the other selected fields to that reference field.
Click an empty area of the page or press Escape to clear the selection.
With several fields selected, Font size applies to all selected text fields, while Required and Visible border apply to every selected field.
When no single-line text field is selected, Text height sets the default height for new text fields. When one or more single-line text fields are selected, changing Text height resizes those selected fields.
Lock Text Field Height prevents vertical mouse resizing of single-line text fields. The Text height control can still be used to change their height.
Preview hides editing outlines and handles. Fit width, Fit page and 100% control the view. Smart snapping helps fields align with each other and the page. The grid is only an editing guide and is never exported.
Existing text, multiline and checkbox fields are imported when supported. They can be moved, resized, aligned and exported again like newly created fields.
Your PDF never leaves your device. The document is opened, edited and saved entirely inside your browser. It is not uploaded to, processed by or stored on our server.
Your working session is stored only in this browser for recovery after an accidental refresh and is cleared after a successful download.
