Instructions

Select the desired diameter of the wheel (60–100 mm).
Choose how many slots you want around the wheel (3–36).
Set the slot length and width (in mm) to control their shape.
Choose whether to show slot numbers or not.
Specify the center hole size.
The preview updates live as you change the values.
Click Download PNG to export a 1000×1000 PNG file.
Once you have your download, visit www.burntstuff.com/shop/custom-trollen to have it cut out for you in 3.6mm plywood.

Note: The downloaded image will be larger than the final wheel size. When we import it into our laser software and convert it to a vector, we use the dimension text shown on the image to accurately scale the wheel to your specified diameter. The dimension text will not be engraved on the final product unless you explicitly request it.
