Yes. Contact us for assistance (design charges may apply).
Where customers supply artwork, sketches, or raster images for custom production, Burntstuff may redraw, convert, clean up, modify, or recreate the design in vector format to make it suitable for manufacture. Any vector artwork, production files, or digital redraws created by Burntstuff during this process remain the property of Burntstuff unless otherwise agreed in writing. The purchase of a custom product does not include ownership or supply of the vector production file. If a customer wishes to obtain a copy of the completed vector file, this may be purchased separately for an additional fee.
Absolutely. We provide design support for large orders, whether for Scout groups, businesses, weddings, or events.
We can usually work with PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. High-resolution artwork gives the best engraving and cutting results.
We can only engrave artwork you own or have permission to use. By uploading artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Some products have space limitations. If your requested text is too long, we may adjust the font size or contact you with alternatives.
