How It's Made

Every woggle is made to order — no mass production here. Here’s how the magic happens:

1. Material Selection:
   We use quality leather, though as a natural product, some slight imperfections may be present. Each piece is inspected to ensure it meets our high standards.

2. Cutting:
   Woggle blanks are cut using a steel die and clicker press, applying 8 tonnes of pressure for precision.

3. Laser Engraving:
   Designs are crafted digitally and sent to a laser engraver. Engraving time ranges from 40 to 80 seconds, depending on size and detail. Each leather colour may require different laser settings.

4. Finishing Touches:
   After engraving, the piece is cleaned of residue. Light and glossy leathers are cleaned further with Isopropyl Alcohol for a flawless finish. The woggle is then secured with a sturdy metal rivet.
